L'obiettivo di TRANSFER è sviluppare, trasferire e diffondere un modello di governance comune per la gestione dei parchi archeologici che vada oltre l'approccio tradizionale di conservazione, per aprirsi alla valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale in opportunità di sviluppo sostenibile e crescita. Il modello di governance comune sarà testato attraverso azioni pilota che verranno svolte nei sei parchi archeologici partecipanti, ovvero Urbs Salvia (Italia), Antigonea (Albania), Ptuj (Slovenia), Dodona (Grecia), Omišalj e Šibenik (Croazia) .

Il progetto TRANSFER è cofinanziato dal programma transnazionale europeo ADRION che promuove la cooperazione tra otto paesi: Albania, Bosnia ed Erzegovina, Croazia, Grecia, Italia, Montenegro, Serbia e Slovenia. L'obiettivo del programma è sostenere una governance innovativa tra i paesi partner, sfruttando le loro risorse naturali, culturali e umane e, allo stesso tempo, rafforzando la coesione economica, sociale e territoriale nella regione adriatica e ionica.

The goal of TRANSFER is to develop, transfer and disseminate a Common Governance Model for the management of archaeological parks that goes beyond the traditional conservation approach, to open up for the valorization of cultural heritage into sustainable development opportunities and growth. The Common Governance Model will be tested through pilot actions that will be carried out in the six participating archaeological Parks, i.e. Urbs Salvia (Italy), Antigonea (Albania), Ptuj (Slovenia), Dodona (Greece), Omišalj and Šibenik (Croatia).

The TRANSFER Project is co-financed by the European transnational programme ADRION which promotes cooperation between eight countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. The aim of the programme is to support innovative governance between partner countries, making use of their natural, cultural and human resources and, at the same time, enhancing economic, social and territorial cohesion in the Adriatic and Ionian Region.
